About Marcelo Tenenbaum

As principal of Blue Road LLC, Marcelo Tenenbaum leverages more than two decades of real estate development and acquisition experience to bring large-scale hospitality projects to fruition. He founded Blue Road in 2010 and has since played a central role in the development of more than 20 projects. Marcelo Tenenbaum's most recent project is the Mgallery Berkeley Park Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. Built in 1936, the newly renovated, 80-room boutique hotel is centrally located near a variety of South Beach attractions.

Other properties developed by Marcelo Tenenbaum through Blue Road include Deco Hotel South Beach, Ocean Reef Suites, and Flamingo Waterpark Resort, the latter of which is a family-friendly destination in Osceola Heritage Park that includes an on-site arcade and playground. Mr. Tenenbaum is also the CEO of Horizonte Corp., through which he developed and operates the Riviere South Beach Hotel.

Mr. Tenenbaum is versed in design concepts for new properties and improvement proposals for existing properties. In addition to design and construction, he has extensive experience in market research, demographics analysis, sales strategy and pricing, and property management. Away from work, he enjoys hobbies such as boating and playing indoor tennis.
